There has been a five-car collision at the Royal Cornwall Showground near Wadebridge.
The collision took place in one of the car parks just after 6.30pm, as many visitors were leaving the showground.
Police officers, firefighters, ambulance staff and doctors from the showground were on scene in less than a minute.
Two casualties were taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro and four other people with minor injuries were treated at the showground medical centre.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident. Anyone with information should call 08452 777444, ref 545/11/06/11.
