A new tea bar and cakery, Poly’s Put The Kettle On, is to open within The Poly in Falmouth on May 4.
The new business is the brainchild of Ruth Cicale who was previously behind the “pop-up cafe” Frieda’s at the WI Hall. Her new venture will offer more than 25 loose-leaf specialty teas, artisan cakes and pastries and light lunches.
There will also be local craft items on sale, including tea trees and pottery tea bowls. Poly’s Put The Kettle On will be open between 10am and 4pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
