Falmouth Harmony Choir’s took to the streets of the town today for to entertain shoppers and raise money for charity during its 118th performance.

This Falmouth tradition is 118 years old and even two world wars couldn’t stop the choir’s Christmas performances!

The route began at the Falmouth Watersports Centre and moved through town to finish on The Moor.

The choir gathered at Falmouth Watersports Centre in Grove Place at 9am for a practice at 10.15am before moving off .

The group stopped off at several places along the way to sing traditional Cornish carols, eventually congregating outside the Seven Stars on The Moor at around 1pm.

This year all monies raised will go towards supporting Boscawen Fields Action Group, Carrick Mind, Falmouth Toy Library and the Mission to Seafarers.
