Spa treatments can be generic as dictated by the product producers, but to complement their enduringly popular Elemis and Spezia Made for Life treatments, the Budock Vean Hotel’s new spa manager has created her first bespoke Healing with the Seasons therapies.
Running until the end of February the therapies feature turmeric and fennel for a feeling of wellbeing, honey and gold for deep nourishment and charcoal and winter berries for vitality.
“We have these incredibly beautiful natural surroundings at the Budock Vean,” said Martina Crkonova of the 65 acres of organically-managed sub-tropical gardens, woodlands and fairways running down to a private foreshore on the Helford River.
“I’ve set up spas from the Maldives to Cornwall and I’ve had it in mind for a long time that I wanted to celebrate the cycles of nature and incorporate them into the therapies of a spa – but I never found the right property until now.”
