A WOMAN who threw vomit over a neighbour's garden fence and broke glass outside her front door has been sent to prison for 42 days by Truro magistrates.

Susan Karen Northey, aged 42, of Whym Kibbal Court, Wesley Street, Redruth, pursued a course of harassment towards another woman, which also included playing music loud enough to cause her partition wall to shake.

She admitted the offence and also to damaging a black Chevrolet Kalios to the value of £300.

She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and is the subject of a Criminal Behaviour Order with several conditions.

A DISQUALIFIED driver received a suspended prison sentence from Bodmin magistrates last week.

Shane A Sheffield, aged 27, of North Roskear Village, Camborne, drove an Audi A3 on the A30 at Fraddon on March 16.

His 16-week sentence is suspended for two years and also put under a curfew for 12 weeks with electronic monitoring. He had to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 costs.

A ST MAWES man admitted exceeding the 30mph in Newquay has been fined £300 by Bodmin magistrates.

Samuel James Austin, aged 22, of Percuil View, also had six points on his licence and was ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

The offence took place on October 11 on Henver Road.

A MOTORVAN exceeding the 50mph speed limit for that class of vehicle was being driven by a Redruth man, a court heard.

Matthew Barrett, aged 43, of Vista Del Mar, drove the Ford Transit at Roseworthy on October 10.

Jane Eileen Coak, aged 46, of Treneere, Penzance, failed to give information about the driver of an Audi A4 on November 20 last year.

She has had her licence endorsed with six penalty points and order to pay £85 costs and £66 victim surcharge.

A 49 year-old driver of a Land Rover admitted using the vehicle with no insurance at Chacewater, a court has heard.

AN uninsured driver has been disqualified from driving for six months by Bodmin magistrates.

Kirsty Louise Stevenson, aged 29, of Loscombe Road, Four Lanes, drove a Ford Focus in Trevenson Road, Camborne on January 19.

She also received a £660 fine and ordered to pay £85 costs and £66 victim surcharge. She was disqualified due to repeat offending.

A WOMAN who stole £40 belonging to the Air Ambulance from a charity box in Falmouth has received a suspended prison sentence.

Damaris Ellen Bryant, aged 38, of City Road, Truro, also stole two bottles of gin and one of Disaronno belonging to a convenience store in Falmouth.

She was also asked to pay a total of £87.97 compensation.

A 20 year-old man was fined £300 after driving a Kia car otherwise in accordance with a licence.

Aysun Coker, of Nanspusker Close, Hayle, committed the offence on October 9 last year. He also had £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge and six points put on his licence.

A TRURO man who permitted another man to use a car with no insurance has been fined £660.

Maximo Emiliano Grande Vargas, of Kenwyn Street, allowed Luca Piermatteo to drive a Fiat Stilo on February 21.

He was also ordered to pay £85 costs, £66 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with eight points.

A STITHIANS woman who exceeded the 60mph speed limit on the A30 at Roseworthy, near Camborne, has been dealt with by Bodmin magistrates.

Rosie Dolores Ayling, aged 22, of Stethyanas Terrace, was fined £79 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30. She had three points placed on her licence.

A CAMBORNE woman drove with no insurance and was fined £660 as a result.

Sasha Louise McKechnie, aged 23, of Trenance Road, drove on the A394 at Goldsithney on December 18 last year.

Her licence was endorsed with six points and she also paid £85 costs and £66 victim surcharge.

MITIGATING circumstances meant that a Redruth man who drove with no insurance did not receive a totting disqualification from Truro magistrates.

James Brian Warne, aged 25, of Trekye Meadows, is the only carer for his mother and grandfather and needs to drive for daily shopping, meals and appointments.

He pleaded guilty to the offence on September 8 last year and was fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

He also admitted a speeding offence on the A30 at Roseworthy, near Camborne, for which he was fined £83 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with three points.

A CAMBORNE man who admitted two separate speeding offences has been fined a total of £80, with six points endorsed on his licence.

Philip Mark Pentecost, aged 60, of Chapel Close, was also ordered to pay a total of £170 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

A COMMUNITY order was made for a Camborne woman who was found in possession of class A drugs on two separate occasions.

Jade Wood, aged 30, of Pendarves Street, Tuckingmill, Camborne, pleaded guilty to possessing diamorphine on November 27 and 30 last year.

She must comply with the community order, which requires her to attend rehabilitation appointments.

She was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
