The woman whose body was discovered at a property in Penzance on Thursday has been formally identified.
The body of Cecilia Seddon, aged 32, was found by police in Penare Road at around 9.45pm. Her next of kin have been informed.
The Major Crime Investigation Team have launched a murder investigation and are seeking anyone with information to come forward.
Detective Superintendent Ben Deer said: “We are appealing to anyone with information, no matter how small, that relates to Cecilia and/or her movements during April 2018.
“We advise people to contact us via 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101 quoting reference number 0899 of the 19/04/18.
“Information can also be passed anonymously to independent charity Crimestoppers via 0800 555111 or www.crimestoppers-uk.org.”
- A 49-year-old man, a 22-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody pending further enquiries.
