TRURO CITY 2
Watts, Moore
BILLERICAY TOWN 4
May (4)
Billericay striker Jay May hit four goals in his side's comprehensive 4-2 defeat of Truro City at Treyew Road.
The visitors went a goal up in the the fifth minute thanks to Jay, but forward Charlie Taylor's sending off for two bookable offences after just 25 minutes looked to have given the home side a priceless advantage.
But City were unable to capitalise on their superior numbers, and May put the visitors two up just after half time.
Martin Watts hit back for Truro in the 55th minute and Truro pushed hard for an equaliser, but May completed his hat-trick in the 68th minute, swiftly followed by his fourth on 75 minutes to put the game beyond the White Tigers.
Kieffer Moore continued his run of good form in front of goal scoring City's second with just over ten minutes remaining, but it was too little too late for the home side who remain 15 points adrift of second-from-bottom Dorchester Town at the foot of the Blue Square Bet Conference South.
