HELSTON will feature in the Mining Evening League semi finals after beating rivals Mullion by nine wickets in a play-off on Tuesday.
The defending champions restricted their opponents to 90-9 off 20 overs at game held in the neutral venue of Constantine.
Only two batsman got double figure scores for Mullion, one being Ben Johnson who hit 53 not out.
Helston made light work of the reply, reaching the low target after just 11 overs with Justin Matthews scoring 51 not out.
They will now face Redruth, the team they beat in last year's final, in the semi finals. The match will be played at Mount Ambrose on July 31 with a 6pm start.
