THERE were mixed results for Godolphin Club players in singles snooker competitions.
Chris Timmins was knocked out of the Cornwall Individual Championship at the second round stage as he fell to a 3-1 loss against STR Clinton’s Bobby Southworth.
However, in the Handicap Championship, both Antony Connor and Anthony Williams progressed to the quarter finals.
Connor defeated Jason Cocks of Tregonissey 3-1 while Williams raced to a 3-0 win against Redruth Railway’s Simon Bennie.
Breage’s Roy Good also had success in the Over 45s Handicap Competition as he beat St Day’s Carl Boundy 3-0.
