FALMOUTH’S Under 13s side swept into the Cornwall Junior Plate final after a convincing 40-17 win over Launceston.
Full-back Issac Adewole opened the try scoring inside the first minute as he raced over the visitor’s line straight from the kick-off.
Great work by the home forwards allowed plenty of space for their backs to run into, with Guy Brooks making the most of this to grab a hat-trick before half time.
The All Blacks did apply some pressure of their own towards the end of the opening period and got a try just before the break.
In the second half, Falmouth picked their game up again to ensure their spot in the final with two great tries with Alex Wilson being the lynchpin in both.
