BEN Browning won the prestigious Hext Cup at Falmouth Golf Club with a steady gross rounds of 77 and 70.
The competition is played off scratch over 36 holes and the teenager's scores were good enough to take the title by three strokes from Dave Holland.
His afternoon round saw him birdie the third, 11th and 17 holes to leave the field trailing behind.
Michael Clark was third with a combined total of 151.
Browning also performed well in the Trevena Cup as he finished second by just one shot from winner Glenn Fortune.
The champion carded net rounds of 70 and 68 to claim the cup while Clark came third again, this time on countback from Robert Tongue after both hit aggregate scores of 139.
