CONDITIONS held out well enough for players at Mullion Golf Club to contest a 27-hole Mixed Greensomes.
Dozens of pairings ventured onto the course for the competition on Sunday which had plenty of prizes on offer.
Coming out on top were Helen Carson and Scott Willett who held off the challenge from Gary and Margaret Howells.
Finishing third were Will Ancell and Sall Markham while the best visiting duo were Oswestry couple Simon and Vicky Pound.
Ray Griffiths and Roseta Simmons were awarded the best Mullion pair prize.
Best AM round was achieved by Andy Pengelly and Margaret Cuthbertson and the afternoon winners were David Gale and Gill Simmons.
The club's ladies were also in competition earlier in the week as they battled for the Tyack Cup.
Just like the greensomes, the competition was played in pairs and this time, Howells improved her finish as she and Anne Griffiths came out on top.
They scored a net 63, taking the cup on countback from Sharon Moyle and Jill Ross.
