Penryn Athletic Reserves will host Falmouth United in the first round of the 2018/19 Cornwall Junior Cup.
A total of 100 teams will enter this year’s competition, with 72 teams contesting 36 first round ties, with the remaining 28 sides receiving a bye into the second round.
The first two rounds will be split into East and West ties, before the remaining teams are brought together from round three onwards.
First round ties will be played on Saturday, September 22, with kick-off at 2pm.
Elsewhere, Falmouth Town Thirds host St Keverne and Falmouth DC host St Day Reserves
Perranwell Reserves visit Newlyn Non-Athletico while RNAS Culdrose Reserves travel to St Just Reserves.
A battle of the third teams will commence as Wendron United host Helston Athletic, while Ruan Minor visit Four Lanes.
Stithians are among the 28 teams to receive a bye into the second round.
St Stephen FC beat Torpoint Athletic Thirds 2-0 in the final of last year’s edition, but they will not defend their title after winning promotion to the East Cornwall League.
