JUST ten games across all five divisions of the Trelawny League managed to survive the weekend’s wintry onslaught.

Mousehole Reserves were narrow 2-1 winners at Halsetown in the premier division and Holmans hauled themselves out of the relegation places with a convincing 5-0 win over bottom club St Agnes.

Perranporth Reserves extended their lead at the top of division one with a 5-2 win over Lanner and Mawnan Reserves drew 1-1 with St Keverne.

After missing a penalty Ben Wyatt finally put Mawnan in front with a spectacular shot from just inside the half-way line, but both sides were denied good goalscoring chances by some great goalkeeping.

A miscued clearance enabled St Keverne to find an equaliser from Tommy Price in the second half.

In division two Neil Rollinson was the star performer for Mullion Reserves after hitting a hat-trick in a 3-2 win over New Inn Titans while in division three Penzance Reserves slumped to a 7-0 defeat at home to Praze.

Frogpool/Cusgarne Reserves won 4-1 at St Erme after notching goals through Mike Cruse, Dan Higgins, Kevin Smith and Shaun Smith.

Jack Blakeston was in top form for Falmouth United in division four after he helped himself to a hat-trick in their 4-3 win over New Inn Titans Reserves. Tim Hurrell had the other goal.

Threemilestone Reserves maintained their 100 per cent record with a 4-0 win at Hayle III and Marazion edged out Chacewater 4-2.
