MARK Goldsworthy scored a hat-trick as Helston Athletic secured a club record-breaking 12th consecutive league win in style with a thumping 8-0 victory at home to Sticker.

Goldsworthy bagged two before the break, with Billy Tucker, Phil Cattran and Matt Bye joining him on the scoresheet as the Blues led 5-0 at half-time.

Half-time substitute Alfie Flack made it six before fellow sub Alex Wharton secured the seventh, with Goldsworthy completing both his hat-trick and Helston's record-breaking win late on.

Ryan Richards scored four goals as Saltash United hammered Bodmin Town 6-0 to move above their opponents and into second place.

Richards completed his hat-trick with three goals towards the end of the first half, before notching his fourth to ensure the victory on the hour. David Barker and Reece Thomson added further gloss to the scoreline in the final quarter of the game.

Falmouth Town brushed off Saturday's disappointing 4-0 defeat at Bodmin Town by winning by the same score at Wadebridge Town on Tuesday night.

Town were ahead after just three minutes when Luke Brabyn fired in from a tight angle, and had doubled their lead by the fifth minute when Toby Clark netted from a corner.

Matt Buchan scored his 12th of the season from the edge of the box to make it 3-0 in the 20th minute, with the final goal coming two minutes from time when centre-back Clark drove in from ten yards following a free-kick.

League leaders St Austell eventually overcame a determined Launceston side at Pennygillam on Tuesday night. The Lillywhites had to wait until the 77th minute for Jake Miller to break the deadlock, with Hayden Turner completing victory six minutes later.

In-form Camelford were pushed all the way by strugglers St Dennis, but the Camels held out for a slender 2-1 win at their Trefrew Park home. Kian Burns and Andy Boxall had given the hosts a two-goal lead at the break, but the Saints hit back through Jacob Rowe midway through the second half.

Callington Town ran out 4-1 winners at home to Liskeard Athletic to rise up to a season-high league position of 16th. Andre Rodyukov scored twice for the Pasty Men, with Lee Robinson and Sam Marker securing the hosts' fourth win of the season.

Elsewhere, Dobwalls won 5-2 at Godolphin Atlantic to secure their fifth win of the season.
