Barry Hayles is set to stay at Truro City FC after it was agreed that the ex-Premier League striker would continue his non-contract basis at the club for another month.

Hayles, who has scored two goals for the club since he signed for the club on September 18.

The former Fulham man has impressed in recent victories against Halesowen and Cirencester and player-manager Lee Hodges is confident that the non-contract arrangement can continue indefinitely.

"Barry has settled in fantastically well and has been a great boost for the squad and club, and I am absolutely delighted that he is staying," says Lee.
