Camborne rugby player Josh Matavesi
Camborne's Fijian international rugby player Josh Matavesi has left Exeter Chiefs to join for French Top 14 side Racing Metro.
The 20-year-old former Truro College student has been signed to replace the injured Racing stand-off Martin Hernandez.
Matavesi joined the Chiefs in 2008 and was called up to the England Under-20 squad before deciding to represent Fiji, his father's home country.
With the 2011 World Cup in New Zealand fast approaching, Matavesi is hoping regular first team action will help him in his quest to be named as part of his country's squad for the tournament in September.
