Two penalties helped newly-promoted Helston Athletic record a 2-0 victory at Truro City Reserves.
Helston took the lead midway through the second half after former Truro City player Liam Eddy was tripped inside the box. Mark Goldsworthy stepped up to score from the spot.
Pat Shaughnessy went close to levelling the scores for Truro City on a number of occassions, but the game was settled three minutes into injury time when Truro conceded another penalty. This time Jason Robertson scored from the spot.
