Lee Hodges faces an injury crisis at the centre of his defence ahead of tomorrow's clash away at Dartford.

Arran Pugh is suspended, while Steve Adams is trying to recover from an ankle injury in time for the match. The former Sheffield Wednesday player trained on Thursday night and his hoping to be fit to partner Ed Palmer at centre-half.

Jake Ash will miss the match with a knee problem, while fellow midfielder Marcus Martin is also out with an ankle problem.

Barry Hayles, who missed the 7-2 away defeat to Gloucester last Saturday, could also be absent.

He was involved in a minor car accident travelling to last week's FA Cup match.

Hodges is due to talk with the striker later today to assess his involvement.

On a brighter note Hodges came through 45-minute practice match with reserves on Tuesday. He has been out for almost a year, but has accelerated his recovery programme in case needed in view of dwindling squad numbers.
