MEMBERS of the public and press are invited to an Extraordinary General Meeting at Falmouth Rugby Club on Tuesday, January 26 at 7pm.
The meeting is being held to discuss proposals to change the club structure to meet HMRC requirements, in order for the club to remain a Community Amateur Sport Club (CASC).
