FALMOUTH Town manager Andrew Westgarth expressed his delight in getting on the scoresheet in his side's 4-0 win at home to Callington Town in the South West Peninsula League Premier on Saturday.
Fresh from scoring his first goal of the season in the recent 4-3 win at Launceston, Westgarth netted his first goal of the year at Bickland Park during Saturday's victory, and proceeded to make the most of the moment as he celebrated in front of the home supporters.
He said: "Because I don't score very often it was just nice so I thought I'd milk it!"
Falmouth put in a blistering second-half display to see off Callington Town in their first match back at Bickland Park following seven successive away games.
The teams went into the half-time interval goalless, but Town ran riot after the break, with David Broglino, Matt Buchan, Jack Bowyer and Westgarth all netting to secure a third successive league win for the first time since early October.
