Pasties were among the prizes
THE winner of a Packet competition to win a selection of prizes has been announced.
The competition, run last week in the Packet newspaper and on this website, gave readers the chance to win 10 pasties from Lorina's, a free wheelie bin wash from Kernow Bin Wash, a storm poncho from Fourth Element and four weeks of free virtual Slimming World membership.
After answering all of the questions correctly and being pulled out of the hat, Maria Higgins from Helston was the winner.
When contacted by the Packet she said she was "thrilled".
