There have been 11 new positive cases of coronavirus recorded in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly in today's latest update.
It means that as of 4pm today (Sunday) there have now been a total of 1,842 positive test results since the start of the pandemic.
The rate of cases has now risen to 320.2 cases per 100,000 people, although this still remains relatively low compared to many parts of the country.
Across the UK the overall case figure now sits at 722,409 - a rise of 16,982 cases on the previous day.
There have been no further deaths in Cornwall in the last 24 hours, with the county’s first hospital death since September 22 reported on Saturday, October 10.
The death was recorded at the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro on Thursday, October 8 but was only reported in the figures from NHS England last Saturday.
It took the total number of hospital deaths in Cornwall up to 94, with 68 of them recorded at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust and 26 at the Cornwall Partnerships NHS Trust.
No deaths relating to coronavirus in Cornwall were registered in the most recent Office for National Statistics figures.
The latest figures from the ONS, which has been collating data for deaths in all settings, including hospitals, care homes and the wider community, relate to the week of September 26 to October 2, but were registered up to October 10. As such, the most recent hospital death on October 8 is still not registered in the data and is likely to be added in Tuesday's update.
It means that Cornwall's overall coronavirus death toll remains at 210 in the ONS figures.
Nationally a further 61 people who tested positive for Covid-19 have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 30,971.
Their families have been informed.
No deaths were recorded in the south west.
